The Cembre HT-TC026Y is operated by hand and specifically designed to cut copper, aldrey, aluminum, aluminum-steel cables, and steel ropes having a max overall diameter of 1″. As well as guy wire up to 7/8″ and steel ground rod up to 5/8″.
The blades are manufactured from high tensile steel, and heat treated to ensure a long service life. The head can rotate 90° left or right of center for easy operation, and features a hinged cutting head that can be opened to allow running cables to be cut. The HT-TC026Y features an automatic safety valve to bypass oil when reaching maximum pressure and the pressure release valve can also be operated manually at any stage.
